Solution Focussed Therapy
❇️ Solution-focussed therapy, or Solution-focussed brief therapy (SFBT) is a type of talking therapy that focuses on the present situation and toward future goals, as opposed to looking at the past problems that brought the client to therapy.
❇️ The therapist works with the client to develop the client’s vision of solutions, and the steps needed to achieve these, by recalling times and ways in which the client has solved previous problems.
