Scalp Micro Pigmentation
Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP) is a non-surgical technique used to give the illusion of fuller and thicker hair, using a specially designed tattooing device to pigment the scalp. Scalp micropigmentation is sometimes also called scalp tattooing, and entails very small spots of pigmentation which mimic the look of a hair follicle, in order to help to visually disguise thinning hair. For clients who are bald, the technique can be used to replicate a look if a buzz cut or close- shaven scalp.
Where the hair is thinning, tiny layered dots of pointillism can be used to replicate the look of natural hair follicles on the scalp, and this can be skilfully blended to suit your complexion and natural hair colour.
This can be used by people of all genders, who have hair loss or thinning for a variety of reasons, and usually 3-4 sessions are required.
