Integrative Therapy
❇️ Integrative therapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses a combination of therapeutic tools tailored to the needs of the client. It considers each client as a whole, taking into account their personal circumstances.
❇️ By integrating approaches, the emotional, behavioural, cognitive (thinking style), social and physical needs and issues the patient is experiencing can be addressed together.
❇️ The therapist works with the client to recognise the triggers of unhelpful behaviour patterns, and integrative therapy can be used to address issues such as addiction, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and bereavement.
