Emma is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a special interest in helping people to overcome anxiety,
stress and low self-esteem. Her experience ranges from working in schools, the charitable sector and as a private
practitioner. Emma offers a safe and supportive environment at Bedford Consulting Rooms, for individuals aged 16+
to explore their emotions and work towards positive change. As an integrative therapist, She provides a
person-centred approach, drawing from various theoretical approaches including solution-focused therapy, CBT,
psychodynamic and creative techniques.
