2018 – Current: Freena currently works as Programme Director for two post-graduate programmes: PG Cert in CYP IAPT Supervision Course and PG Diploma in Senior Wellbeing Practitioner (SWP) Course. About
Freena is a Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology (CAAP) and has over a decade of experience working with children, young people and families. She has been providing specialist services to support children, young people and their families, working primarily in NHS Specialist CAMHS services as well as the private and voluntary sector.
Freena also has extensive experience offering specialist mental health training, consultation and supervision to Social Care, Early Help and Education staff.
Freena specialises in offering assessments and interventions for a range of emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties. An example of some of the presentations I work with, include the following:

Freena is also qualified as an Executive Function Coach, which supports the development and strengthening of Executive Function Skills, particularly helpful for neuro-diverse children, adolescents and adults. Coaching focuses on supporting individuals to improve executive function skills such as task initiation, planning, prioritising, time management, organisation, emotional regulation and metacognition.
Alongside private practice, Freena currently works as the Programme Director for two post-graduate professional training programmes at one of the UK’s top universities. She delivers teaching to professionals training to work in children’s mental health services, as well as training their clinical supervisors.
