About
Warren is a former lawyer who, following his own issues with anxiety and depression, decided to change his life by retraining as a psychotherapist. Warren prides himself on building strong, trusting relationships with his clients and aims to get them to their goals as soon as possible. His own experiences help to make him empathic and understanding which, combined with his skills as a therapist, help clients to feel supported on their road to recovery.
Warren’s overarching training is in CBT/REBT which aims to identify and then change the rigid and irrational beliefs that drive unhealthy emotions such as anxiety and depression. Warren is also trained in EMDR to help clients deal with trauma in their lives, past or present by enabling to process stuck and difficult memories and experiences. He works with people from all walks of life, backgrounds and occupations and has developed particular experience in helping veterans and emergency services workers.
